It doesn’t need to be exorbitant to be great. We are looking for a lead bartender with a strong aptitude for leadership and creativity.JOB SUMMARY This is a Lead Bartending position It is paid at full hourly (starting at $21 an hour based on experience), with a nightly, point-based tip out. Responsible for bar setup and breakdown Responsible for fulfilling service orders of cocktails, wine, and beer Responsible for inventory and ordered Assist in menu development JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge in spirits and general bar components Strong knowledge in classic and craft cocktails High volume cocktail production experience Ability to respond to service needs with a sense of urgency Night and Weekend availability
